Federation (ITTF). Caroline is very good at Networking with Government Agencies like the Ministry of
Education and Sports, and Ministry of Health International NGOs. she is A result-oriented, strong
communicator very good in fundraising, with hands-on experience in community engagement, strategic
sectors such as Project Cycle Management, Project Financial Management, Team management
including Capacity building, Collaboration, Networking, Representation, Human resource, with Proven
ability to successfully analyze staff’s challenges, and project budget performance, identify deficiencies
and potential opportunities. Caroline has wealth of experience from international and national
reputable organizations like 4grow Canadian organization where she is a board member, Tackle Africa
where she worked as a country programs manager, Right To play, she held 3 positions as a project
supervisor, National trainer, and project coordinator, she acted in the position of progrmames manager
and country director in the same organization respectively. She also held 3 positions in AAR health
services front desk officer, customer care officer, and customer care executive, through the training
with Uganda radio network she worked for Voice of Teso as a presenter, and news newscaster while
volunteering with youth alive Teso region as a peer coordinator. All this has been backed by her
Education, she currently holds a Master’s in Development Studies, a bachelor’s, and a Diploma in Social
work and Social Administration.
